Communication Skills & De-Escalation Techniques
This training is designed to increase officer safety, improve citizen relationships and reduce personal and organizational liability by educating in the areas that up to now have been overlooked by many law enforcement professionals.
Attendees will learn how to recognize when their body language is escalating a situation and learn to recognize and diagnose all communication signals in order to apply timely de-escalation techniques in order to make for safe, effective and legal resolutions in their daily contacts.

Zero to 60 Career Survival & Emotional Wellness
This seminar educates through “boots on the ground” experiences and provides responders and their loved ones with a clear picture on why this profession leads to destructive and unhealthy lifestyle habits. It will show how our inability to manage the daily exposures to stress, adrenaline and trauma negatively affects our safety.
You, your work family and your loved ones will be armed with tools to manage the everyday unique stressors and will be able to recognize the warning signs for chronic and post-traumatic stress and suicidal behavior. You will learn realistic, simple and successful methods to help rescue the rescuers!
